Marbles starts from Apple Contacts and the people in your meetings, and takes LinkedIn’s own Connections export when you want it. When the same person arrives three ways, Merge & Fix puts them side by side and you decide.

The people in your meetings never signed up for this.
- Everything stays on your Mac. There is no Marbles server and no account.
- Your transcripts are read from Granola and analyzed by Anthropic’s API using your own key. Nothing else leaves the machine.

Marbles needs Granola on a Business or Enterprise plan for API access, and an Anthropic API key. Typical extraction cost is a few dollars a month, billed by Anthropic, not by us.
Questions
Do I need Granola?
Yes, on a Business or Enterprise plan, for API access. On Enterprise, an admin has to turn API access on for members. Marbles can’t run on Granola’s Basic plan.
Does this record my meetings?
No. Granola already did. Marbles only reads what Granola wrote.
Is any of this sent to a server?
Only to Granola and Anthropic, with your keys. There is no Marbles backend.
What about people who did not consent to being remembered?
Marbles is a private notebook, not a database you share. Nothing is published, exported, or sold, and you can delete any person completely.
Windows or iPhone?
Not yet. Mac only.
What does it cost to run?
A few dollars a month in Anthropic API usage for a typical calendar. Anthropic bills you for it directly.
